New UCPath Leads

David “Dave” Kolodziejski and Jaswinder “Jas” Saini joined the core UCPath team this week as UCPath Program Manager/Delivery Lead and UCPath Technical Program Management Lead, respectively.

In his role, Dave Kolodziejski will oversee the implementation of UCPath at all locations and be accountable for the ultimate delivery of the new technology systems.

Dave has more than two decades of experience managing large complex ERP initiatives, with 17 years focused on higher education. As a senior director at Huron Consulting Group, he has led PeopleSoft HCM, Financials and Student Administration implementations at Princeton, Northwestern, UCSF, Cornell, NYU and the University of Michigan, among others. His experience working with senior executives, campus administration and technical project teams provides tactical expertise in software delivery as well as the ability to bring meaningful progress metrics to UCPath governance.

Jaswinder “Jas” Saini, the new technical program management lead for UCPath, will oversee technology infrastructure, application development, and data conversion & validation for the overall UCPath program.

With more than 18 years of managing large-scale business IT transformation programs, Jas’ focus has been enterprise-wide, full life-cycle implementations of Oracle and PeopleSoft. He has managed large, complex technical projects for higher education, including serving as technology director for Oracle’s largest ever PeopleSoft implementation at City University of New York. During the first six months of the UCPath implementation, Jas worked with all UC locations as an Oracle consultant creating UCPath’s technical integration strategy.
